Zmienne kategorialne przedstawione zostały w formie: liczb oraz procentów. W celu ich porównania zastosowane zostały dwa testy: test dokładny Fishera lub Test zgodności chi-kwadrat.
Categorical variables are presented in the form of: numbers and percentages. In order to compare the variables in categories, two tests were used: Fisher's exact test or Chi-square compatibility test.
W zależności od dystrybucji danych zmienne ciągłe opisano jako: średnia arytmetyczna i odchylenie standardowe bądź mediana oraz rozstęp międzykwartylowy.
Depending on the distribution of data, continuous variables were described as: arithmetic mean and standard deviation or median and interquartile range.
Do porównania średnich arytmetycznych badź median zastosowano odpowiednio: test t dla prób zależnych lub Test Wilcoxona dla par obserwacji oraz test t dla prób niezależnych lub Test Manna-Witneya.
To compare the arithmetic means of the median tests, the t-test for dependent samples or Wilcoxon's test for pairs of observations and the t-test for independent samples or the Mann-Witney test were used, respectively.
