That saved the lives of 155 people. Victoria was one of them. How did you feel when you saw something was wrong?

Were you scared about landing? In situations like that, the chances of survival are pretty little.

I understand. This will be a lifelong trauma for passengers and staff. And how did the staff deal with the situation? Did you feel well informed?
