Wstałem dzisiaj sporo za późno, bo poszedłem spać po 1 w nocy.

I got up much too late today because I went to bed after 1 a.m.

Byłem w sklepie z mamą, widziałem, że robiła wszystko, żebym za siebie zapłacił.

I was at the shop with my mother, I saw that she did everything so that I would pay for myself.

Widać, że już ma problemy finansowe, chociaż wzięła nowy kredyt na baterie słoneczne.

You can see that she already has financial problems, though she took out a new loan for solar panels.

Ciężko się z nią rozmawia na te tematy, bo nie mówi wszystkiego, a później wychodzi wszystko po czasie, gdy jest już za późno.

It’s hard to talk to her about these things because she doesn’t say everything, and later everything comes out when it’s already too late.

Jest bardzo naiwna i wierzy tym naciągaczom.

She is very naive and believes those scammers.

Boli mnie to bardziej, że mamy z siostrą jej wysyłać pieniądze na życie, bo nie pracuje, ale chyba będzie trzeba się z tego wycofać i pogodzić się z tym, że ona roztrwoni dorobek dziadków.

It hurts me even more that my sister and I are supposed to send her money to live on because she doesn’t work, but maybe we’ll have to step back from that and accept that she will waste our grandparents’ legacy.

Szkoda mi trochę, że wziąłem urlop, bo nie będę w stanie nic zrobić w taką pogodę.

It’s a bit of a shame that I took time off because I won’t be able to do anything in this kind of weather.

Może to nawet lepiej, bo mogę trochę odpocząć i przygotować się do egzaminu z obróbki skrawaniem.

Maybe it’s actually better because I can rest a little and prepare for the machining exam.
